Can Faga

Can Faga is the third-person narrator in this biography and one of the most awarded creatives in Turkey. In fact, he was named as one of the “top 10 creatives that will lead the advertising industry in the future”.
Before joining Publicis as Executive Creative Director, Can worked in Ogilvy, McCann, DDB&Co and Mullen Lowe respectively. In 2011 and 2012 he won Lions two years in a row with the works he did for CNN and Radikal Newspaper. In 2014 he scored another Lion with beautifully illustrated Omo “Fairy Tales” campaign. Besides 3 Lions and 13 Shortlists in Cannes, he won many other awards in Epica, Eurobest, Golden Drum, Effie and the locals; Crystal Apple and Red Awards. The “Dreams” advert he did for Turkish Airlines won the Film Grand Prix in Golden Drum. That was the 5th Grand Prix in his career.

He was a member of MullenLowe’s and Publicis Groupe’s Creative Council.
As of November 2020, Can decided to let go all of the achievements you read above and start his career from scratch. It may sound a bit crazy but the excitement of a new beginning is priceless. And needs no big fancy titles. The only thing it has, is a name. aRthuR.

She has been one of the creators of many successful campaigns, in different disciplines and genres.
She is the co-founder of aRthuR that she feels much more than an agency.

Erdem Köksal
Co-Founder / Creator
Born in Istanbul in 1979.
Has been in Ad Industry for 20 years.
Has been a Copywriter and Creative Director at Ajans Ultra, TBWA İstanbul, Medina Turgul DDB and Publicis İstanbul.
Won global and local awards for many brands. He took part in jury positions in various local and International competitions and award shows.
Currently at aRthuR, where he is a co-founder.
Burçak Bakla
Co-Founder / Collaborator
Bo has been fearlessly creative in the business for over 25 years now. And the last 15 years she has been the Executive Creative Producer of DEPOfilm productions, where her forward thinking and hardworking skills led her recently, to become a co-founder at aRthuR agency. She has studied business in Western Michigan University, but her father being a sculpture, she has always been artistic. After reading Ayn Rand’s Fountainhead, her passion for filming the novel, lead her to double major in film studies. Also graduated from Marmara University of Cinema and Tv department to become a director, she has started working in the ad industry. She has worked her way up to the position of a producer and yet she was a natural born, never the later, she has become an executive. DEPOfilm, has become the leading production company in Turkish market with her vision and contribution towards it’s growth.
She has an active position in European Producer’s Union, along with positions at Young Directors Award and Ciclope Craft Film Festival for the last 10 years. She likes working for the organizations to nourish young talents and directors, it is her lifetime priority. She is a founding member and in the board of “Owned by Women” an initiative of global inclusion, supporting and promoting women owned companies and championing women in all aspects of commercial production. Bo’s energy shines through in all her work accomplished. She approaches each project with the same enthusiasm and professionalism.
